  • How do I send a post to my fans?
    In the 'BROADCAST' section you can write your text in the 'Say Something' area. You can also attach a picture or video by clicking the icons next to 'ATTACH'.
  • How do I decide where to send my post?
    In the 'BROADCAST' section, underneath the 'Say Something' area you can manually select or deselect the social sites that your content will be sent to.
  • How can I default to send my posts to ALL social sites I am connected to?
    In the 'SETTINGS' section you can go to the PREFERENCES tab and click on the social sites that you would like to default to. Now when you hit 'PUBLISH' in the 'BROADCAST' area you will syndicate across all of your channels.
  • How do I schedule a post?
    In the 'BROADCAST' section next to 'Publish Now', you will see an option for 'Schedule for Later'. Once selected you can choose your date and time for the post to publish. You can review your scheduled posts under the 'SCHEDULED' tab in the 'BROADCAST' area.
  • How do I delete a post?
    In the 'BROADCAST' section under the 'NEW POST' area, you'll see all of your 'live' posts, listed in chronological order. On the top right next to each post is an 'X' which you can click to delete the post. NOTE: your post will be deleted on WhoSay, as well as all social sites your post has been syndicated to, as well as any mainstream media embeds.
  • How do I see how well my post performed?
    In the 'ANALYTICS' section of WhoSay, you can review your content performance (under 'Traffic'), and your fan growth and activity (under 'Reach').
  • What is 'MYSTUFF'?
    In 'MYSTUFF' you can upload photos or videos individually, or in batches. These photos and videos will NOT be posted live to your fans, but rather, they will be available to you for future use.
  • How do I post something to my fans that is in 'MYSTUFF'?
    Under each photo or video, you will see four options:
    • 1) Broadcast - This will bring the picture or video to your BROADCAST tab where you can syndicate it to your fans.
    • 2) Edit - Selecting EDIT will allow you to make changes to your Picture or Video, including text changes and copyright changes.
    • 3) Collections - This allows you to bundle your photos/videos into categories and collections for easier viewing.
    • 4) EPK - With this feature you can create Electronic Press Kits for private sharing and viewing.
  • How do I change my background design?
    Under 'SETTINGS', Select 'CUSTOMIZATIONS'. In the 'Custom Image' section, you can click 'Browse' to upload your Background(your background should be 1600x1200). If you need the Photoshop template, please download it here
  • How do I turn off the Facebook application and have my posts direct my fans to my WhoSay page?
    In the 'SETTINGS' section, go to 'PREFERENCES'. You can toggle the Facebook app on and off there.
  • How do I turn off the Facebook application and have my posts sent directly to Facebook?
    In the 'SETTINGS' section, go to 'PREFERENCES'. You can toggle the Facebook app on and off there.
  • Why am I not seeing my @mentions right away?
    Sometimes it takes Twitter a few minutes to populate your @mentions on WhoSay. If the problem persists, please contact your WhoSay account manager, or write to help@whosay.com.
  • Help my account has been hacked what do I do?
    Contact your account manager or help@whosay.com immediately.
  • My post is not going through and I am not seeing it on Twitter or Facebook, what do I do?
    Do you see the post on your WhoSay page? (whosay.com/yourname)? If so, did you select 'social sites' in the BROADCAST area? If you posted content, but didn't select social sites, your post only went to WhoSay. Go to 'MYSTUFF', and under the photo/video, select 'BROADCAST'. This will prepare the picture/video to be posted again and you can now select your social sites.
  • The post is nowhere to be found, help!
    It's possible that the picture/video didn't fully upload before you closed the page or logged out. Try uploading again as a new post and if the problem persists, please contact your account manager or help@whosay.com.
  • How do I change my profile picture?
    In the 'SETTINGS' area, under your profile picture, click 'Change Account Profile Pic' and then follow on-screen instructions
  • How do I get the WhoSay mobile app for iPhone, blackberry, or droid?
